Certified Recovery
Mentor (CRM)
A person with lived experience in recovery from substance use disorder who is trained and certified to help others identify and achieve their self-determined goals of recovery.
Certified Alcohol
& Drug Counselor (CADC)
A person who helps clients gain an understanding of their substance use disorders and helps them seek treatment. Counseling occurs in group or one-on-one sessions.
Qualified Mental Health
Associate (QMHA)
A person who provides case management and skills training in state-approved settings to clients diagnosed with serious and persistent mental illnesses.
